A few days back I met  my girlfriend who already became a vegan and upon asking her these questions she energetically replied to me

  Almost five years ago, I took this great decision.

  • What made you took the great decision of becoming a vegan?

       You know I could not eat the same as when I was in my 20’s or 30’s. So getting older is   forcing me to change my lifestyles because I am aware of my body and lifestyle.

She eagerly answered:

  6. What is your favorite restaurant in New York and the food you order regularly?

ABCV is my favorite vegetarian restaurant and Jajaja, I love the most. Well, I prefer making my recipes and foods because I am picky about oils and condiments on my foods. I prefer a clean version.

  • When it comes to wellness what is your biggest motivation or life motto?

I would say that my lifestyle is setting a good example for my 20 years old daughter. I  share food recipes and pictures with her daily and try to set a great example for her with her life choices so that she may not consume toxic things like processed food or alcohol
